The On-site Training Undertaken by LVTC for Saudi Dealers of Dongfeng Liuzhou MOTOR Co., Ltd. Ended Successfully

From News Center (Text by Sun Yunqian, Office of International Exchange; Photo by Wei Zhuang, School of Automotive Engineering) On February 27, the after-sales maintenance skills training for Saudi dealers of Dongfeng Liuzhou MOTOR Co., Ltd. undertaken by LVTC was officially completed. Wei Zhuang, a teacher from School of Automotive Engineering  successfully completed the ten-day training for dealers of Saudi Al Yemni Motors Co. and key technicians of the company's seven sub-dealers.

The training attracted 13 experienced auto repair technicians from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar, who all showed a high enthusiasm for learning. Before the training, Mr. Wei Zhuang and the manager of the general distributor company jointly confirmed the needs and objectives, aiming to provide practical and interactive training, so that the trainees can learn the knowledge that is really helpful to the practical work. By providing more opportunities for students to participate and experience, Mr. Wei guided them to actively discuss and analyze, and fully master knowledge and skills. With the foundation of the previous training experience in Egypt, Mr. Wei also fully considered the difficulties of language communication. By using translation software, showing actions in person, and providing multiple-choice training work order assisted teaching, he effectively reduced the communication problems caused by language incomprehension. In addition, Mr. Wei also actively answered questions and exchanged with students after class, and timely accepted students' questions and feedback, which further strengthened the teaching effect.

At the end of the training, the General Manager of Saudi Arabia's general distributor company extended sincere thanks to Mr. Wei. The trainees have also repeatedly reported that they gained a lot from this training and expressed their regret for Mr. Wei's departure. They hope to have more opportunities to learn and communicate with him in the future.

Teaching benefits teachers as well as students. The overseas training not only brought practical help to the Saudi dealers of Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor, but also played an important role in promoting the consolidation and enhancement of Weizhuang's professional knowledge and ability and expanding his international vision. LVTC will continue to strengthen the construction of international faculty, prepare for more overseas training and academic exchanges, and contribute to the overseas development of domestic enterprises.
